SECTION XIII. That the amount of $4,502,050 shall be <br />and hereby is appropriated in 1998 and ordered set apart within the <br />Sewage Works Depreciation Fund (Fund # 642), as set forth below, <br />for the payment of the expenses described above, and in accordance <br />with the detail attached as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION XIV. That the amount of $39,250 shall be and <br />hereby is appropriated in 1998 and ordered set apart within the <br />Century Center Fund (Fund # 670), as set forth below, for the <br />payment of the expenses described above, and in accordance with the <br />detail attached as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION XV. If any one or more of the provisions <br />contained in this ordinance shall for any reason be held to be <br />invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, <br />illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision <br />hereof, and this ordinance shall be construed as if such invalid, <br />illegal or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. <br />SECTION XVI.
