This addition is <br />suggested by the Department of Code Enforcement, which receives <br />complaints that the display of used items on sidewalks and other <br />places out of doors affects the appearance and property values of <br />the neighborhoods surrounding such businesses. <br />I would appreciate your favorable consideration of this bill <br />as amended.
