ORDINANCE N0. ~o~ -~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND MAKING TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO ORDINANCE N0. 8623-95 OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ADDRESSING SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT The Common Council determines that it is necessary to make certain technical corrections to Ordinance No. 8623-95 of the South Bend Common Council addressing salaries of employees of the City of South Bend. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS: Section I.
