This proposed ordinance is presently identified as Bill 11-97. <br />The purpose of the amendment is to revise the legal description of the subject <br />property to include the whole platted lot wherein the subject building is <br />found. <br />We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to presenting the <br />Landmark proposal to the council.
