STREET AND ALLEY VACATIONS The street to be vacated is Marietta Street from the North right-of--way of Wenger Street to the South right-of--way of the Conrail Rail Road for a distance of approximately 544.98 feet and a width of 50 feet. Also East Keasey Street from the East right-of--way of Marietta Street to the west right-of--way of the Conrail Rail Road for a distance of approximately 264.92 feet and a width of 50 feet. Also east Wenger Street from the east right-of--way of Marietta Street to the west right-of--way of south High Street for a distance of approximately 410 feet and a width of 50 feet. Also an alley running parallel with and along the west right-of--way of the Conrail Rail Road from the east right-of way of Marietta Street to the north right-of--way of east Keasey Street for a distance of approximately 314.67 feet and a width of 10 feet. Also an alley runnig parallel with and along the west right-of--way of the Conrail Rail Road from the south right-of--way of east Keasey Street to the west right-of--way of south High Street for a distance of approximately 100 feet and a width of 20 feet. Also the first north/south alley east of Marietta Street from the south right-of--way of east Keasey Street to the north right-of--way of east Wenger Street for a distance of approximately 264 feet and a width of 14 feet. Also the first east/west alley south of east Keasey Street from the east right-of--way of Marietta Street to the west right-of--way of the first north/south alley east of Marietta Street for distance of approximately 198 feet and a width of 14 feet. Also the first east/west alley south of east Keasey Street from the east right-of--way of the first north/south alley west of High Street for a distance of approximately 198 feet and a width of 14 feet. All of the above are located in Wenger's 3rd Addition, city of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. The alleys to be vacated are described as all north/south and east/west alleys bounded by Wenger Street on the north, Pennsylvania Avenue on the south, Rush Street on the west and Marietta Street on the east.
