Tactical Rescue Team User Fee Established. <br />,(~,ZThe following user fee schedule shall be charged for all tactical rescue responses outside <br />the City of South Bend provided by the Citv through the South Bend Fire Department <br />Tactical Rescue Team. <br />.(.~,1 Basic Fee l,Up to 4 hours) .......................................... 24 <br />.{,~ Additional Hourly Charge'~after 4 hoursl ................... $660.00 <br />~.3~ Computation of the time set for above shall include <br />any Fraction of an Hour and shall run from the time of <br />dispatch to the time the Tactical Response Team reports <br />back in service. <br />Sbl Ln addition to the above, th i y shall charge for the replacement costs <br />for disposable materials and supplies acquired, consumed, and expended <br />specifically for the purpose of the response as well as replacement <br />costs for e4uipment owned by South Bend that is contaminated or <br />otherwise daman eg d beyond reuse during the response. <br />This charge shall be made regardless of the location of the incident. <br />(c1 The above fees shall be charged to the beneficiary of the services, <br />the owner of the property, and if known, the person or persons <br />whose actions in whole or in part made the emergency receiver <br />response necessary shall be jointly and severally liable for the fees. <br />~d) The above fees shall take effect on July 1, 1998. <br />Section II.
