The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone property owned by the <br />City of South Bend, located at the southwest corner of the St. Joseph Valley <br />Parkway and Interstate 80/90, to the "IP" Industrial Park district. <br />Please place the proposed ordinance on your March 23, 1998, agenda for first <br />reading.
