<br />ORDINANCE N0. (~~U <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE ST. JOSEPH VALLEY <br />PARKWAY AND INTERSTATE 80/90 IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which <br />ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that <br />the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the <br />City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />That-part of the West 1/2 of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, <br />Township 38 North, Range 2 East, German Township, City of South Bend, <br />St. Joseph County, Indiana which is described as: Beginning at a 5/8" <br />capped rebar set on the North and South Quarter line of said Section <br />which is North 00° 57' 37" West (North 00° 57' 33" West, rec.) (an <br />assumed bearing) 1,176.34 feet from a 1-1/4" iron rod in a monument box <br />found marking the South Quarter Post of said Section; thence North 00° <br />57' 37" West, 1455.42 feet to a capped iron found marking the center of <br />Section 19; thence along the East and West Quarter Line of said <br />section, North 89° 39' 26" East (North 89° 39' 30" East rec.), 647.48 <br />Feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set on the Westerly right-of-way line of <br />the St. Joseph Valley Parkway; thence along said right-of-way line for <br />the next six courses, South 02° 38' 41" East, 623.43 feet to a set 5/8" <br />rebar and South 02° 12' 12" West, 216.9 feet to a set 5/8" capped rebar <br />and South 13° 59' 26" west, 152.83 feet and South 59° 01' 41" West, <br />472.86 feet to a set 5/8" capped rebar and South 36° 09' 18" West, <br />224.51 feet to a set 5/8" capped rebar and South 00° 37' 38" East 45.94 <br />feet to a set 5/8" capped rebar; thence South 89° 23' 36" West, 69.17 <br />feet (South 89° 43' 00" West, rec.) to the point of beginning. <br />be and the same is hereby established as "IP" Industrial Park. <br />SECTION II.
