Dieter presided with eight (8) members present. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS – THIRD READING <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9930-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 3454 DOUGLAS ROAD, <br /> COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 4 IN THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> <br />This bill had third reading. Councilmember White made a motion to amend this bill as in <br />the Committee of the Whole. Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion which <br />carried by a voice vote of eight (8) ayes. Additionally, Councilmember White made a <br />motion to pass this bill as amended. Councilmember Rouse seconded the motion which <br />carried. The bill passed by a roll call vote of eight (8) ayes. <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9931-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 3423 AND 3507 SOUTH <br /> MICHIGAN STREET, SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA, WITH CONTIGUOUS <br /> VACANT LAND, COUNCILMANIC <br /> DISTRICT SIX IN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA <br /> <br />This bill had third reading.
