( 1' I <br />ORDINANCE N0. 07 '~O <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $536,416 WITHIN FUND 212 FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS OF THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of <br />community resources, the Department of Community & Economic <br />Development has entered into contracts to provide staff and <br />administrative support for various not-for-profit organizations and <br />programs. These revenues are the basis for the administrative budget <br />and need to be appropriated for that use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $536,416 is hereby appropriated to Fund <br />212 for program year 1999, beginning January 1, 1999. <br />SECTION II.
