This Bill would create an exception for motorcycles from these provisions which would be consistent with the new state law which took effect Charlotte Pfeifer on July 1, 1998. Second District By way of a copy of this Bill to the Captain Larry Blume of the South Roland Kelly Bend Police Department and to Mr. Carl Littrell of the Bureau of Traffic and Third District Lighting, we are apprising them of this proposed change and invite them to the Health and Public Safety Committee meeting on November 23, 1998 when the John Broden Bill will be discussed. Fourth District We would also like to thank members of ABATE of Indiana, Inc. for David Varner bringing this matter to our attention.
