This Bill would create an exception for motorcycles from these <br /> provisions which would be consistent with the new state law which took effect <br />Charlotte Pfeifer on July 1, 1998. <br />Second District <br />By way of a copy of this Bill to the Captain Larry Blume of the South <br />Roland Kelly Bend Police Department and to Mr. Carl Littrell of the Bureau of Traffic and <br />Third District Lighting, we are apprising them of this proposed change and invite them to the <br /> Health and Public Safety Committee meeting on November 23, 1998 when the <br />John Broden Bill will be discussed. <br />Fourth District <br /> We would also like to thank members of ABATE of Indiana, Inc. for <br />David Varner bringing this matter to our attention.
