Section 1. Designation. <br />The structure and real property located at 113 Laurel Street, in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, shall be and hereby are designated and established as a Historic Landmark <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 5565-73, as amended. <br />That such designated and established site is more particularly described as: <br />A lot or parcel of land 46 1/3 feet wide, fronting on Laurel Street, taken <br />off of and from the whole width of the North ends of Lots Numbered <br />Eight (8) and Nine (9) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wall and Hine's <br />Subdivision of the North part of Bank Out Lot Numbered Ninety (90) of <br />the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Tax Key No. 18-3068-2640 <br />Section 2.
