Section 1. Designation. <br />The structure and real property located at 305 South Eddy Streetl1032 East <br />Wayne .Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be and hereby are designated and <br />established as a Historic Landmark pursuant to Ordinance No. 5565-73, as amended. <br />That such designated and established site is more particularly described as: <br />Lot Numbered One (1) as shown on the recorded Plat of Sorden Lister's <br />Subdivision of Block Numbered Twenty-three (23) in Samuel L. Cottrell's <br />First Addition to the Town of Lowell, now within and a part of the City of <br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana <br />Tax Key No. 18-6006-0124 <br />Section'.
