Dieter at 6:00 p.m. in the Council's Informal <br />Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members White, Puzzello, Varner, Dieter, <br />Rouse, and Henry Davis, Jr.; Mayor Stephen Luecke, and Council Attorney Kathleen <br />Cekanski-Farrand. <br />Council Members absent from the Executive Session included: Council Members <br />LaFountain, Oliver J. Davis and Kirsits. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the May 28, 2009 Notice of Executive <br />Session (copy attached) for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to <br />discussion of strategy with regard to collective bargaining relative to public safety <br />employees, called pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A); with that the notice <br />was duly posted by the Office of the City Clerk. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was <br />that contained in the May 28, 2009 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. <br />Res ctfully su itt , <br />_. <br />~ ~ <br />Coin it Member Derek D.
