Exhibit A <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The Project consists of upgrades, expansions, additions, replacements, extensions and <br />improvements to the Waterworks, including: <br />1. The repair and replacement of a roof on a 5.5 million gallon reservoir. <br />2. The repair of an under drain and replacement of the filter media at a filtration plant. <br />3. The replacement of 4 main line valves. <br />4. The installation of a water main extension south of the intersection of Ireland Road and <br />Ironwood Drive; and the design and installation of a pumping station at the Ireland Road <br />Tank site. <br />5. The installation of a water main extension from Carroll Street and Johnson Road to <br />Lucinda Street and to U.S. 31, and from Lilac Road to Armstrong Drive along Kern <br />Road. <br />6. The purchase of 2 tandem axle dump trucks and 1 backhoe. <br />7. The purchase of residential water meters. <br />$. Making any and all additional improvements related to the foregoing. <br />
