IN 46601 <br />The January 16, 2009 Annual Organizational Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was <br />called to order at 1: ,5 p.m. by .lose Alvarez. There was a quorum present. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez. President <br />Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer. Vice-President <br />Mr. Raphael Thomas. Secretary <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Jenny Hullin~~er, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. S«'EARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS <br />Mr. John Voorde, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following Authority <br />members: Carolyn Ptotenhauer. Raphael Thomas and Jose Alvarez. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Ptotenhauer nominated Mr. Alvarez for President and Mr. Thomas seconded the <br />motion. Mr. Thomas then recommended that the slate ofofticers remain as it was in 2008 <br />with Jose Alvarez as President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer as Vice-President and Raphael <br />Thomas as Secretary. Ms. Ptotenhauer accepted this amendment to her motion. The <br />Authority unanimously approved the nominations. <br />4. SET REGULAR 1\~1EETING TIMES FOR 2009 <br />The first and third Wednesdays at 1: ~0 p.m. were set far the regular meeting times. <br />5.
