An Ordinance Appropriating money to fund 202-Motor Vehicle Highway. This fund is <br />reorganizing personnel by absorbing some of the personnel from the General Fund. <br />2. An Ordinance Reducing Appropriations in fund 212-Community & Economic <br />Development. This fund is reducing its budget in order to reduce the subsidy provided by <br />the General Fund. <br />3. An Ordinance Appropriating money to the General Fund, Local Option Income Tax <br />Fund, and Motor Vehicle Highway Fund. The General Fund appropriation is to handle <br />repairs to the Morris and Palais due to water damage and building damage by a car. <br />Money is being transferred from the Self-Insurance Liability Fund to pay for these <br />damages since the damages do not exceed the city's deductible of $50,000. Monies are <br />being appropriated in Motor Vehicle Highway to absorb some General Fund employees. <br />4. An Ordinance Appropriating money to various funds. These requests include <br />appropriating a donation to Animal Control that was received in 2008 (Fund 271); <br />Appropriating insurance money to replace a damaged piece of equipment at Wastewater <br />(Fund 642); Appropriating EM5 funds to pay for fire equipment supplies, a new <br />ambulance, and a new quint truck, and the city's match on a federal grant (Fund 288); <br />Appropriating money for various building repairs to the Morris and Palais (Fund 416, <br />450, and 273); Appropriating money in the Sewer Fund Fund 641); to absorb personnel <br />from the General Fund and Motor Vehicle Highway Fund; Appropriating an interfund <br />transfer to fund the city's property deductible for equipment and building damage (Fund <br />
