Jefferson Blvd. <br />Fort Wayne, IN 46804 <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />On February 2, 2009 all Scrap Metal/Junk Dealer Business licenses issued in 2008 expired. <br />A renewal application has not been received for OmniSource Inc. and it is currently operating <br />without a valid license. <br />This is to serve notice that a renewal application must be submitted within seven (7) <br />days from the date of this letter. <br />If an application is not received the City of South Bend may file an action for injunctive <br />relief in the St. Joseph Circuit or Superior Court.
