JOSEPH COUNTY <br />AREA PLAN COMMISSION APPROVING A CERTAIN DECLARATORY <br />RESOLUTION AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE NORTHEAST <br />NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN ADOPTED <br />BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Dear Council Members: <br />I am requesting that this resolution be heard by the Council on the June 25, 2007 <br />meeting. This is for the creation of a Housing Program and an amendment to the <br />Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Development Plan. <br />On June 19, 2007, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission approved Declaratory <br />Resolution 2344 and the Area Plan Commission approved Declaratory Resolution 177- <br />07.
