Ordinance No. <br />An ordinance amending the zoning ordinance for property located at 614 East <br />Ireland Rd., Councilmanic District 5, in the city of South Bend, Indiana. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />This is a single family dwelling and it is our intention to convert the zoning from <br />SFl Single family and Two Family District to LB Local Business District. This will <br />allow us to relocate our existing flower shop, Country Florist from 31 South, where <br />the nesv vsypass will soon adversely affect our business. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Beud, Indiana as follows. <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495-04, is amended, which ordinance is commonly <br />known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same <br />hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real <br />estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />A parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 <br />East, described as follows, viz: Beginning on the East and West centerline of said Section <br />25, at a point 1994.50 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said <br />Section 25; thence South parallel with and 587 feet East of the North and South <br />centerline of said Section 25, distance of 307 feet; thence West 105 feet; thence North <br />parallel with and 482 feet East of the North and South centerline of said Section 25, a <br />distance of 307 feet to the East and West centerline of said Section: thence East 105 feet <br />to the place of beginning. <br />Be and tl'.e.same is hereby established as LB Local Business District <br />SEC'T'ION II.
