South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br /> <br />There was no business in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br /> <br /> <br /> B. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Extension Addendum to Consulting <br />Agreement by and between the City of <br />South Bend, Department of <br />Redevelopment and Blue Waters Group, <br />Inc. (Phase 1) <br /> <br />Mr. Price noted that at the April 17 meeting <br />Blue Waters Group gave a progress report on <br />the marketing and communication activity <br />related to Ignition Park. Only $231,000 of <br />the original $350,000 appropriated for Phase <br />I consulting was spent by March 30. This <br />addendum extends the end date of the <br />agreement to June 30, 2009. Remaining <br />costs for expenses such as printing of <br />brochures and production of signage and <br />upgrades to the city’s economic development <br />Web page are expected to fall within the <br />$350,000 that was appropriated.
