The Controller shall consider the recommendation of the Police Department, and all information provided with or in support of the application in determining whether the application should be granted. (d) License fee. The applicant for a secondhand store license shall pay an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to the Controller, upon approval of the Board and Police Department and issuance of the license.
