ORDINANCE NO. ~~~~ J~ <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $120,745 <br />FOR THE LEIGHTON PLAZA GARAGE FROM THE <br />PARKING GARAGE FUND <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby <br />determines that it is necessary and in the best interest of the <br />City to make appropriations in the Parking Garage Fund of the <br />City of South Bend to fund 1999 operating expenditures for the <br />Leighton Plaza Garage. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I, The following sums are hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart from and within the Parking Garage Fund of the <br />City of South Bend for the specified purposes: <br />FUND: <br />601 <br />AMOUNT: $120,745 <br />SECTION II.
