SPECIAL MEETING <br />E <br />The Board of Public Safety met in a special meeting at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, <br />1ATith President Juanita Dempsey, and Board Members Patrick Cottrell and Jack Reed present. Board <br />niernber Bruce BonDurant was absent. Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar and Police Chief Darryl <br />Boykins were also present. <br />The meeting was held in the Board of Public Works Meeting Room, 131h Floor, County-City <br />Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />President Dempsey informed those present that the Police Department's Memorial Service would be <br />held this year on May 8, 2009 at 8:30 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, President Dempsey declared the meeting <br />adjourned at 8:52 a. m. <br />Bruce J.
