Edward Talley, Director <br />Please fine the attached ordinance which has been prepared for introduction at the Common <br />Council. The purpose of this ordinance is to re-designate and re-establish an Historic <br />Landmark at 701 E. Pennsylvania Avenue in accordance with the Area Plan Commission's <br />replatting of the area. <br />The Historic Preservation Commission has recommended re-designation this property under a <br />new legal description, in accordance with the replat of the property, to the Common Council at <br />the Commissions public hearing on July 19, 1999.
