~` ~ ~ <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />(#101), THE COUNTY OPTION INCOME TAX FUND (#404), AND MOTOR VEHICLE <br />HIGHWAY FUND (#202) <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />It has become necessary to make additional appropriations from the. General Fund <br />(#101), the County Option Income Tax Fund (#404), and the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund <br />(#202) in excess of the 2009 Budget previously adopted by this Common Council. The Funds <br />affected by these additional appropriations have monies sufficient to support the appropriations <br />identified in this Ordinance. <br />NO~V, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: <br />SECTION I. The following additional amounts are hereby appropriated and set aside <br />within the Funds designated below for identified expenditures: <br />Fund <br />General Fund (#101) <br />County Option Income <br />Tax Fund (#404) <br />Motor Vehicle Highway <br />Fund (#202) <br />Major Budget Additional <br />Classification Appropriation <br />Services $60,162 <br />Services $320,000 <br />Personnel $300,000 <br />SECTION II.
