Being sftuated in both "Stall's 2°d Addition to the City of South Bend" a>ad "Stall's 1'~ Addition to the Town of Myler in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. Dear Council Members: On behalf of our clients, we are asking that the proposed Vacation Petition, be tabled from the April 27th Common Council meeting until the Common Council meeting on May 11`ti, 2009. This tabling is being requested, to allow.the board of Public Works to review the proposed vacation request.
