At t'r~at tii~ne 1."e Board stated that you needed to find alternate fire and medical access to <br />your building and an alternate public access route. You were also instructed to contact the <br />owners of the adjoining properties and obtain signatures in support of the vacation, and provide a <br />buffer for the adjacent property owners. <br />The Engineering Division, Area Plan Commission, Economic Development, Fire <br />Department, Police Department, Solid Waste Division and the City Attorney's Office have again <br />reviewed your request and found that all conditions of your previous vacation request have been met. <br />Subsequently, all departments have given favorable reconnmendations to your request. <br />Yoa will need a radius map showing properties within 150' of the proposed vacation for your <br />petition to the Common Council. Please contact Tony Molnar at (574) 235-9254 prior to piclfin~ <br />up your radius map.
