6• ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~ U ~~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 202 SOUTH CHAPIN ST., 208 SOUTH CHAPIN ST., AND 210/212 SOUTH CHAPIN ST. IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Key No. 18 3050 1947 A part of Lots Numbered Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) as shown on the recorded Plat of Hiram F. Berst's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot Number Seventy Three (73) of the First Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, which part is bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at a point 108 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot numbered fourteen (14) in said Subdivision; thence running West on the North line of said Sublot Number Eleven (11) to the Northwest corner thereof; thence South on the East line of Chapin Street in said City 71 feet; thence East to a point due South of the place of beginning; thence North 71 feet to the place of beginning. Key No. 18 3050 1948.01 A tract of land beginning 44 feet North of the Southwest corner of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13) in Berst's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot Seventy-three (73) in the State Bank's First Addition to South Bend, from thence running East to a point 108 feet West of the East line of Lot Fourteen (14) in said Subdivision; thence North to a point 7l feet South of the North line of North line of Lot Eleven (11) in said Subdivision; thence West to Chapin Street; thence South to the place of beginning, being part of lots Numbered Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) in said Subdivision, excepting therefrom, the West twelve (12) feet reserved for future right-of--way. Key No. 18 3050 1949 A part of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13) as shown on the recorded Plat of Hiram F. Berst's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot Seventy-three 73 of the First Plat of Outlots of the Town, now City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, which part is bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning 7 feet North of the South west corner of said Lot 13; thence North 37 feet; thence East 130.59 feet; thence South 37 feet to a point 7 feet North of the South line of said Lot 13; thence West to the place of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as "A" Residential, and "A" Height & Area. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the mayor, and legal publication.
