BILL NO. ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING ARTICLE 2, OF CHAPTER 21, ZONING, OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW ACCESSORY BUILDINGS IN "O" OFFICE Statement of Purpose and Intent The purpose of this ordinance is to allow existing accessory buildings to remain when property is zoned to "O" Office. The Common Council of the City of South Bend finds that it is desirable to make certain amendments to the standards of office zoning in the South Bend Zoning Ordinance. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: Section 1. Section 21-12.040 "O" Office District; accessory uses be amended by adding the following section: (2) Accessory structures existing at the time the property is zoned to "O" Office re~~ardless of the square footage may remain. The total square foota eg of any new accessory structure shall not cause the total square footage of all accessory structures to exceed 576 square feet. The height of any accessory structures shall not exceed 14'. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
