Winona Hays of the Ordinance Violations Bureau in the City Clerk's Office <br />complied. She explained two petitioners had met all requirements for operation having passed <br />the reviews of the Fire Department, Police Department, Water Works, Building Department, and <br />Code Enforcement. Therefore issuance of the licenses be approved. There being no questions <br />Chairperson LaFountain accepted a motion for approval from Councilmember Varner, a second <br />from Councilmember White and without dissent. <br />There being not further business to come before the Committee at this time.
