Gertrude and 3109 S. Gertrude both pass inspection 2-16-09 and were sent back to you. I got a feeling that they might <br />off gone to 12 floor instead. If you need copy I will send them again! <br />** 7575 W. Jefferson no such address correct address is 1305 Prairie Ave. <br />** 1700 and 2014, 2016, W. Washington were inspected 06-10-08 and are not due for one year. As of then there were no <br />violations. <br />** 1610 Circle Dr. also was inspected 06-10-08 and due again in June 09, no violations. <br />** N. Bendix Dr., W. Sample St., and N. Sheridan I will find out from inspectors next week on progress of inspections. <br />** I would also like to meet with you to explain how we do our inspections and how we approve or dined an application.
