The potential for the development of multifamily dwellings is also provided. It has since been annexed into <br />Mishawaka. <br />- Traffic and transportation considerations: <br />Hickory-Road is a four lane road. Catalpa Street is a two lane road with a landscaped median in <br />_ the middle.
