Responsible development and growth: <br />It is responsible development and growth to allow a former office to be converted back to the <br />original use of the property which was single family. <br />Recommendation: <br />Sased on information available prior to the public hearing, the staff recommends that the petition <br />be sent to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />Analysis: <br />Although the ground floor was a doctor's office, it has been vacant for many years.
