ROYAL ADHESIVES <br />Dear Council Member Rouse: <br />Please find attached the Department of Community & Economic Development's report on a <br />commercial real property tax abatement petition for the above-referenced petitioner for the <br />construction of a manufacturing facility and warehouse located at 2001 West Washington Street. <br />Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner, Royal <br />Holdings, Incorporated, proposes to construct and equip an 8,294 square foot factory building and a <br />22,525 square foot warehouse for the manufacture and storage of epoxy and urethane structural <br />adhesive compounds.
