Main <br />Chairman Kirsits called upon Christa Nayder to give the report and <br />recommendation from the Area Plan Commission. The rezoning request was <br />from LI to MU and was sent to Council with a favorable recommendation. Mike <br />Baxter of Our Lady of the Road proceeded to explain the request was to allow up <br />to 10 overnight guests when a weather amnesty (below 26°) was declared. This <br />service was supported by other social service agencies in the area. <br />Councilmember Rouse suggested the language for a special exception limited <br />number of guest and times of operation be more specific.
