Severability. If any provision of this Lease becomes invalid or <br />unenforceable, the remainder of the Lease shall not be affected and the balance of the Lease <br />provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted bylaw. <br />d. Successors. The provisions of this Lease shall be binding upon the <br />successors in interest of both Landlord and Tenant. <br />e. Headings.
