in evidence or used for any other purpose without reproduction of any of <br />the other counterparts. <br />Termination of the Agreement in any marnler shall not operate to release <br />the indemnities of the Owner set forth in Sections Sb and 20 herein and <br />shall not operate to terminate any liability or obligation of the Owner to <br />the Agent for any payment, reimbursement or other sum of money due and <br />payable to the Agent hereunder. <br />d. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the <br />Agent and the heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns of <br />the Owner. <br />e.
