Q) Oo- I3- <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $2,000,000.00 FROM STATE GRANT FUND ( #210) FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION AND /OR EQUIPMENT FOR INNOVATION PARK AT NOTRE DAME <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The City of South Bend has been awarded an Indiana Economic & Community Development <br />grant, the use of which is limited to the construction, equipping, or outfitting of the facilities for Innovation <br />Park at Notre Dame. This Ordinance appropriates these grant funds for their intended use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $2,000,000.00 is hereby appropriated from State Grant Fund ( #210) for the <br />construction and/or purchase of equipment to set up the specialized facilities at Innovation Park at Notre <br />Dame. <br />Section H.
