A <br />E (_ IV, � 06 . �') -OrA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $750,000.00 FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />FUND (#212) FOR EQUIPMENT FOR INNOVATION PARK AT NOTRE DAME <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The City of South Bend has been awarded a U.S. Department of <br />Energy grant which is limited to purchase of specialized technical <br />equipment for Innovation Park at Notre Dame. This ordinance <br />appropriates the grant funds for that intended use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />Section I . The sum of $750,000.00 is hereby appropriated from <br />Community Development Fund ( #212) for the purchase of equipment to <br />set up the specialized facilities at Innovation Park at Notre Dame. <br />Section II.
