The motion died. <br />Mr. Varner and Mr. Alford explained their <br />reluctance. They do not like spending <br />$150,000 on something that will come down <br />in three years. <br />A. (Treadstone <br />LLC AEDA) <br />Mr. Mathia gave the staff report on the <br />project. Treadstone, LLC recycles solid <br />rubber tires into rubber mulch of various <br />sizes and weights. Ninety percent of their <br />production is a large premium size mulch <br />that is used primarily for children's <br />
