ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~ ~ ~" <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $81,964 FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />STATE GRANT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN THE SUPPORT OF THE <br />DIVISION OF BUSINESS ASSISTANCE'S ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to assist in the provision of business assistance services for the community, monies <br />from Fund 210 will be used to support the administrative budget for the Division of Business <br />Assistance: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $81,964 is hereby appropriated from the City of South Bend's <br />Economic Development State Grant Fund (Fund 210) to be used by the Division of Business <br />Assistance to assist in the support of that division's 2000 administrative budget. <br />SECTION II.
