ORDINANCE NO. CIO~~"~ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $541,060 WITHIN FUND 212 FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS OF THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of community resources, the <br />Department of Community & Economic Development has entered into contracts to provide <br />staff and administrative support for various not-for-profit organizations and programs. These <br />revenues are the basis for the administrative budget and need to be appropriated for that <br />use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $541,060 is hereby appropriated to Fund 212 for program <br />year 2000, beginning January 1, 2000. <br />SECTION II.
