COMMITTEE REPORT TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred: BILL NO. 93-99 PUBLIC HEARING ON A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 8007-89 AS TO THE MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE FOR LEAF COLLECTION AND REMOVAL Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion, this bill is being recommended to the full Council with a favorable recommendation as substituted and amended. Amendment to Section II, first sentence changed to, Pursuant to I.C. 36-9-30-21, each recipient of a utility bill within the city limits should be charged for the services provided.
