The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on October 19, 1999, took the <br />following action: <br />Upon a motion by Lew Powell, being seconded by Robert Hawley and unanimously carried, the <br />proposed ordinance of Martin Blad and the City, of South Bend to zone from "E" Heavy Industrial, <br />F" Height and Area to "A" Residential, "A" Height and Area, property located on West Calvert <br />Street between Kaley and New Energy Drive, City of South Bend is sent to the Common Council <br />with a favorable recommendation.
