EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Campus Site <br />Parcel 1 <br />[Please insert the legal description obtained from DLZ Industrial on Drawing Number <br />8129PL for both Parcel 1 and Parcel 2] <br />Parcel 2 <br />Indiana University Medical School at South Bend Parcel <br />The building commonly known as 1234 Notre Dame Avenue, South Bend, Indiana 46617 and <br />any academic researching centers constructed in the area ~ adjacent thereto, south of Angela <br />Boulevard and north of Napoleon Street between Notre Dame Avenue and Eddy Street. <br />Office Structure located at the NW corner of Eddy Street and Angela Boulevard <br />The two (2) office buildings to be located on the northwest corner of Eddy Street and Angela <br />Boulevard as identified on the mapped attached as Exhibit A-1 and may be referred to as [_~ <br />and [_] North Eddy Street, South Bend, Indiana. <br />Sample Street Site <br />The area west of Franklin Street (vacated), south of Sample Street, east of Prairie Avenue (State <br />Road 23), and north of Cotter Street from Prairie Avenue (State Road 23) to Kendall Street, then <br />east of Kendall Street and north of the Penn Central Railroad (Michigan Central Railroad).
