The new building will be of similar <br />construction as the existing Gateway buildings and can be demised to 7 units of approximately <br />4,320 square feet each. <br />The new construction will bring additional industrial/office flex space to the South Bend market, a <br />product type that has shown demand in recent months, with low to moderate availability in terms <br />of supply. The building will also accommodate tenants, such as Memorial Health System, with <br />expansion needs, thus justifying their relocation out of the existing Gateway buildings.
