A legal description of the above address is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and <br />incorporated herein. <br />9. A map and/or plat describing the Property is attached hereto, marked Exhibit B, and <br />incorporated herein. <br />10. Photographs of the property, taken within two (2) weeks of filing of this petition, are <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit C, and incorporated herein. <br />11. The redevelopment or rehabilitation project itself will create 14 full-time and <br />0 part-time permanent jobs within the first year, representing a new annual payroll <br />of $858.924 and will maintain 14 existing permanent full-time and 0 existing <br />permanent part-time jobs including existing permanent full-time minority employment <br />of 1 and existing permanent part-time minority employment of 0 with an <br />annual payroll of $170.000. This project will maintain the existing personnel. <br />12. The projected annual salaries for each new position indicated above are estimated to <br />be as follows (If more space is needed, please attach a separate sheet): <br />No immediate new positions will be created with Memorial's expansion, <br />however they have requested that build-out plans include an additional <br />doctor's office to plan for future growth. <br />13.
