Solid Waste - Larger scale commercial customers are generally not served by the Bureau of Solid Waste. F. Administrative Services The City of South Bend provides a wide range of services other than those noted above, such as the Mayor's Office, the Legal Department, and Parks & Recreation. These services are available upon the effective date of the annexation.
