Resolution Establishing the Date and Place for the Retirement of Original City Flag <br />Page 2 <br />Section II. The Common Council encourages members of the public to attend this City Flag Retirement <br />Ceremony, as a new chapter in the history of South Bend, Indiana is written. <br />Section III. As a part City Flag Retirement Ceremony, the original City Flag shall be housed in a place <br />of honor for the public to see for generations to come. <br />Section IV.
